Thanks for trying Mike, much appreciated
In the iso, there are some .dll files that have something to do with masks and colors, like
    OrangeBlackSkinImages.dll
    PremiumBlack2SkinImages.dll
    PremiumBlackSkinImages.dll
But I couldn't find any similar files in drivers folder to replace with these ones.

Yes I noticed those files as well. I think in theory the skin could be changed but in practice it could be a thankless task.

There are also a couple of .cab files that could contain something of interest but I couldn't get into them to have a look.

It's not looks only, looking at those .dll and .exe files have name that suggest some more of sound options should be available. The only .exe that work bout doesn't show anything is MaxxAudioMeters.exe.

    Driver installation tip for win10

Windows 10 Installation Tip for Realtek OEM Drivers - the ones from Realtek ftp (not the drivers from Microsoft Update Catalog).

When you install by running Setup.exe, the Realtek setup will uninstall the drivers, ask to reboot, and then try to install the drivers. The problem is that after reboot, Windows 10 may install the last drivers automatically and Realtek will again uninstall them and reboot. This loop will continue. If this happens to you, here is the solution.

Solution: In device manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controls, Right Click on Realtek High Definition Audio, Select Update Driver Software and Browse to the WIN64 folder.

Alternate Solution: In device manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controls, Right Click on Realtek High Definition Audio, Select "Uninstall" and BE SURE to select "Delete the driver software for this device". Then click OK. Now, do NOT reboot. Run the Realtek Setup.exe again and the installation will proceed properly. Finally, after the installation is done, reboot.

If you are happy with your current Realtek HD Audio driver then stick with it.

The first link works fine for me but the Realtek ftp site is very slow to load. It can take around 30 seconds sometimes, while it is loading all you'll see is a blank page then a box should appear where you can enter the username and password.
The .cab files also download fine for me as well.
