This is confusing as all heck how to tell if WHQ and which one do i get OMG.

Get the newest one, all of them are WHQL, each version is twice there because x86/x64.

how do tell which is x64 or x86 cause mines 64 bit win 10

Or you can just click on them. It tells you in the "Architecture" description.

OK got them :) i clicked in and it said AMD64 and was the top one that was larger of the 2 any special way to install other then the normal of unzip and click on install and it just updates the ones on the PC?

UM UM what the heck is a cabinet file ??? and how do i use this its wired.
