These drivers have a much bigger sound than build 7933. They are possibly not as detailed sounding but I prefer them :)

    UPDATE

Version 6.0.1.7936 also up on Microsoft Update Catalog now.

    Microsoft Update Catalog

Thank you DooGie. First post updated. :)

Your link is good DooGie , I just got them , I think he was using Brink's links in the OP , one of which is bugged.

That's the big problem with Realtek.
When I go back in this thread the majority of my links are dead because Realtek has either removed the drivers or moved them to another location on the server.
If I find they have just been moved I'll edit the links. Can't say I relish the chore of it though

I asked Brink to check the link from his end and he says both work for him , only the 2nd works for me but maybe it is my Browser ? I am trying Brave.

    KB.

With the last two versions, any media player doesn't work with audio enhancements ON, everything else work.

Downloading the .7936 to see if solves it.

The first link doesn't work for me, I check the agree box then click Next and the Accept tick gets removed.

    The second link works fine.

    Using Firefox.

I tried EDGE out of curiosity (only :) ) yesterday when @Brink said it was Ok and it works with that ...... I think Brave/Chrome/FF are all based on the same platform right? so maybe that is the difference?

Just tried the first link with IE11 and it works so I guess your theory is correct.
I'm sticking with Firefox though :)

Hello. Can someone give me link to latest Realtek HD Audio drivers?

I have SupremeFX audio card and motherboard is Asus Striker Formula II (RoG), do you think I need to install Realtek HD Audio? I installed fresh win10 and I have sound, so I'm confused if I should or not.

Also when I check in Device Manager under sound I have two High Definition Audio Device.

I don't think you have any if Realtek CODEC chips. You have to look for drivers for this one "ADI 1988B 8 -Channel High Definition Audio CODEC".

Yeah, I think I remember now if I'm not mistaken that I actually had SoundMAX audio drivers when I purchased this PC long ago, is that it? I'm not sure if they're available for win10 tho.
