I got a Modular Power Supply with no Wires, Where Can I buy Some?
So I was picking up a case from work they were throwing out, and I noticed it came with a 1000W Power supply, (Lucky day for me heh ,) but I noticed that there were no wires sticking out like how most lower wattage supplies usually come with. After speaking with a friend's brother about it, I came to learn these are a kind of power supply types known to be "Modular," which is a weird thing in my mind, but it overall makes a lot more sense perse. My thousand watt in question's back for the wires looks a lot like this:
(I didn't have a Pic from home to show, but I recognize the Interface)
And one thing That confuses me is in the bottom right's five pin complex they have there. As in, I do not understand the name those go under and I really need some wires for this supply that powers three SATAs, 2 PCIes, and what appears to be one long 24 Pin connector for the power supply that sports a good >~2ft in separation between the two on the motherboard to the supply itself. What I need to know is the terms for the 5-pin, and a good link to Newegg or something where I can Pick up these supposed wires.
Also maybe the terms for the 8-pin, which otherwise, I think is just another PCIe extended or something.
