    If you are sure you have Realtek sound chip than it would be best to install new drivers for it, try here: Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version - Windows 10 Forums

    Here is the "Advanced Settings" (upper right corner of main panel) in the Realtek HD Audio Manager.

    Use Snipping tool, mark what to snip, right click on it, copy and paste in reply field.
