The log files were being deleted by Ccleaner.
So going forward troubleshooting can be improved by preserving more information in the logs.

Okay. If you can't run the Memtest86+ version 5.01 tonight you can run it during the week.
It will be useful to test the RAM.
    Have a good night.

@zbook, I was unable to run it due to it not wanting to boot from the USB flash drive.

Methods used to use Memtest86+ when initial attempts fail:

    Note
If you have fast boot or ultra fast boot enabled in your UEFI firmware settings, then you will need to temporarily disable fast boot or ultra fast boot to be able to boot from a USB.

    1. Try another USB stick
    2. Try all USB ports (2.0 and 3.0)
    3. Maybe when using UEFI Bios u have temporarly switch to Legacy in BIOS settings
    4. Turn off temporarily fast boot, secure boot, CSM if enabled

All it’s saying is “Removable Device”. It doesn’t even say “USB” or anything of that nature.

    Hi,
Best to take it in somewhere and let a professional flash the bios or you could end up with a large paperweight for your trouble :)
Yes a removable device is a flash drive formatted to fat32 the devices default format.

All it has is a secure boot option. I have done all of those and it’s still not wanting to boot from the flash drive.
