Now, I think I am doing it right for msinfo32.
Can you get it in the nfo form to the desk top and zip it?
If you can post it great.
Run the memtest86+ version 5.01 overnight.
There needs to be at least 8 passes.
Let it run overnight and part of the day tomorrow if necessary to complete the testing.
The more the passes the better the test.
When the testing has completed make sure you use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post the image into the thread. If you cannot post the image use ad one drive or drop box share link.
1) Open Ccleaner > click on Windows tab > scroll to system > un-check the boxes for:
a) memory dumps
b) Windows error reporting
c) Windows log files
> scroll to system > un-check the boxes for:
d)Windows event logs
2) In the left lower corner search box type: cleaner > open disk cleanup > click ok for the default drive > uncheck the box for system error memory dump files
