@Plankton, I will send you a screenshot. I apologize for the inconvenience. I was chatting online with the phone company. Now, that I have uninstalled the driver that I was told to remove, there is no Bluetooth device there anymore.

After a clean install....you have to install all your drivers for everything. Use that link I gave you and install everyone of those drivers.

According to the download and installation, it's saying that the adapter is not installed for wireless. It says to Insert or Reinsert now. If I proceed with the installation, it installs Bluetooth, but Bluetooth still doesn't show up in Device Manager or the system tray.

If I had that PC in front of me, I'd have all the drivers installed and up and running in 30 minutes. At this point I'm not sure what you're doing, so with that I kindly step aside.

According to System Information, this computer is Bluetooth ready. However, Bluetooth Audio/Video Remote Control HID, Bluetooth Hands-Free Audio and Call Control HID Enumerator, Bluetooth Hands-Free Call Control HID, Bluetooth Modem Communications Driver, and Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Bus are all not running. Start mode is Manual, State says Stopped, Status says OK, Error Control says Normal, Accept Pause says No, and Accept Stop says No.
