Hi, thanks you all for the info in this thread I had the same problem but with a different Asus motherboard, the B250M-Plus. As with OP, the CD/DVD-rom drive works just fine, but the error message will not stop being display on log in. Well it turns out that instv2load.exe / Loading.exe is ASUS generic driver installer package and it gets called from windows task scheduler every time a user logs in. I haven't been able to fully resolve the CD-DVD driver install/update issue with the program itself, but at least I was able to deactivate the pop-up. So, I've installed the drivers manually and then deactivated the launch of the instv2load / loading.exe program in the task scheduler. No problem since then. I'm leaving this here hoping it might help someone else in the future.

Hey guys, why don't you just delete everything in Windows/Temp directory, or you can delete only this exe file. Worked for me ^^
