    Can't print multiple copies

Lately, I can only print one copy of a document at a time. This is true for every program I've tried, and for both my printers.

    Hi Newmaven.

Please re-install the latest print driver and corresponding software for your printer.

If you're using HP printers (or not) you could try turning off the "collated copies" setting.

Hi Newmaven. So you uninstalled the printer and deleted all the existing software. You then disconnected printer and started the install awaiting the software's request to connect printer, correct?

I would uninstall both before installing any.

I just realized that the problem occurs only with my HP LaserJet. My Canon all-in-one inkjet prints multiples just fine.

Whenever you click Print, you should have a pop-up window. Do you tell it to print "2" copies? If so, and it doesn't work, then it's definitely a software/driver issue.

Is the HP Laserjet a multi-function? Will it make 2 or more copies of the same document at a time?
