    Sorry I have not been responding, for like a while. When I turned on my computer my headphones were reconnected so I thought I was fine for a bit and gave myself a rest since this was kinda stressing me a bit. Then I kinda forgot about it :| I remembered after like a week, but I felt bad responding a week after I said something. But now its been 3 weeks and I don't want to wait for a couple months. I have also moved recently and had that going on as well.

    So sorry! Ah I need to stop slacking off and fix this problem. I'm just too stressed with what's going on irl

    Anyway now I really need my printer and I can't do anything the internet wants me to do because I can't access anything I need. Annoying. I will reply as soon as I can for now on. To start us off again, what is the Microsoft Media Creation Tool? And everything else Caledon mentioned.

    @DENMON

    Hi DENMON. Good to see you back. Not good to see you're still having problems.

    The major feature Fall Creators Update was just released. Basically a new 10 OS. Did you get that? Open Settings app > System > About. What version does it say?

    It's too late to get your version of your OS with media creation tool.

    Wow. That's the anniversary update.

    What's new in Windows 10, version 1607 (Windows 10) | Microsoft Docs

    I'm wondering why you still have that edition. Do you have Windows Update turned off?

    Keep in mind I have a more advanced system, so things may be a little different.

    Open Settings app (WinKey/I) > Update and security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update > Do you have that troubleshooter?

    Before you run that, let me know first if you have it. DO NOT RUN IT YET. We need to think this through and discuss what's best for you.

    Quite honestly I feel your system is so screwed up and has apps on it you don't use that it may drag problems along with a major feature update. I recommend you clean install to the latest edition and start all over. It's like a new car vs a used one. It's up to you.

    You can click on it and see what it does. If you do, it's going to take at least an hour if not more. Do you have that kind of time? Have another way to post in case you run into problems?

    BTW, it's an older version and I didn't think you had the troubleshooters. They are in the newer versions.

    Ya, its pretty screwed but I'll try it. I need to go for like 2 hrs soon, and I think I can check this on my phone if something goes wrong.
