SSD drive not mapped after Windows 10 Creator update

Finally bit the bullet against my better judgement and updated to Creator last night. Low and behold, my internal Samsung Evo 850 SSD is now not mounting. I checked the BIOS as well as ran Samsung Magician utility and the drive is there. It also shows up in Disk Management but it won't let me assign a drive letter. This is a working drive, not a new one, with much data on there I don't want to lose so I'm sketchy about running these other disk partition tools.

Anyone know what I can do?

    Thanks!

Update: One of my external USB 3.0 drive is not recognized either, yet another USB 2.0 is recognized fine.

Update: Running mini tool's partition wizard I was able to re-mount the SSD successfully. However, when the system is rebooted it is unmounted again.

Once you mount the SSD with Mini-Tool change the drive letter to lower in the Alphabet, either in Mini-Tool or Disk Management (ie) T: or S: or whatever.
