    Driver Problem

    Hello,
Recently opened the "Device Manager" and saw there is one line with a yellow triangle, right clicked to update the driver, but windows could not find a driver for this item.
The main board is "Intel Corporation DQ35JO AAD82085-800", so searched the "Intel" location and did not find any driver for this item. All other hardware items working properly.
Can you please help me with this problem.
Any other item on this list, when I right-click on it and select to update, get answer this is the best driver for that device.
Attached screenshot of the device manager window.
    Answers will be appreciated.
    Thanks

I would imagine its included in the chipset drivers , have you tried installing them? do you use any external pci devices? Its quite an old device dont think much uses it anymore. Downloads for Intel® Desktop Board DQ35JO

I have a similar entry on one of my Insider Preview computers and most likely is because I haven't installed drivers for the Dial-Up Modem which can/usually does show as a port. I plan to remove it next time I clean the computer.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answers.
Downloaded and installed "Intel Driver Update Utility", ran it to scan, and what it did not find, please see attached screenshot.
On the Intel site there are many drivers, but I do not know which one, and by mistake I may cause a damage.
Any ideas to repair this problem.

I imagine its not finding any drivers because of the age of the motherboard (device) windows 10 maybe doesn't support it but the windows 7 driver may be ok . What is the specific issue your having?

    Hello,
In the device manager there is one item with a yellow triangle, as you can see on attached screenshot which I posted earlier and here it is again. But still, windows 10 runs on my pc and I want to solve this problem before upgrade. May be this is the cause of failing upgrades.
The only devices attached to the pc are keyboard & mouse, display, scanner, all their drivers look ok.
    Thanks for the answer.

If you don't use the serial port try to disable it in the BIOS.

Try to download Intel Management Engine Interface Software for your system direct from Intel's site.

Yes I saw your original problem , the driver issue but I wondered what issue it was causing for you? If there is no problem with your pc I don't know think it's worth trying to fix it?
