    Automatic updates with DD_WRT

    I run an old wired/wireless Linksys router running DD-WRT. In case you don't know what DD_WRT is, it's a third party developed firmware developed for certain routers that allows you to very specifically determine what happens on your network.

    This is the list I use.

    65.55.108.23=0.0.0.0
    65.39.117.230=0.0.0.0

    I'll let you figure out where these go. Again, you'll have to be running a DD-WRT enabled router. If you get that far this list will help you out.

    lookup "luci-wrtbwmon" and "wrtbwmon" and install them, nice little live view into Network Usage.

    Automatic updates with DD_WRT-network-usage.png

    And as for add blocking there is a package for that and I think it's automated (not sure)
