Kodak Printer Won't Print After Major Windows Update

    By the way, does the event viewer give you any more info on the print error, hopefully some details and a code?
    Yes, the computer is at work.

    When the error message appeared in the bottom right hand corner I clicked it and nothing happened. Was hoping it might have told me more info, but no.

    Okay, when you get to work open the Event Viewer. Not sure if this is a system log or application log but one should record event and give you more info.

    You may also open Reliability History and see if it has capture event. Likely a little easier to find error.
