Removing other external drives will reduce clutter, facilitate increased focus on the problem device and make life easy for the one helping you :).

2. Now plug your flash drive to another working PC and post a screenshot of Windows Disk Management. This will help isolate the problem - whether it is your PC or your Flash drive.
Is the last Disk Management screenshot not suitable? I've uploaded the same image to Ten Forums this time...
I tried plugging the drive into another machine (laptop) yesterday and it appears exactly the same in Disk Management as it does on my machine (as per screenshot) Only exception being that I had the option to change the drive letter on laptop but not on my machine...
I am afraid you now have no option except try SP USB Flash Drive Recovery Software https://www.silicon-power.com/web/download-USBrecovery
Note: Even if it succeeds in bringing your Flash drive alive, as with all such manufacturer's repair software, you will lose all data in it. ( Silicon Power does not explicitly say so unlike other manufacturers, but I believe the same applies here.)
Do it on your laptop which seems to be a shade better ( you were able to change the drive letter) than your desktop. ( In some cases changing the drive letter brought back the "no media" drives to life. I would have advised it next had you not done it already :))
Always my advice: When you want to do any critical operation on an external storage device, plug out all other external storage devices. Otherwise, accidents can happen - disaster.

Something strange is going on. I plugged in my sd card with an sd card reader and it is also been corrupted, both the SP flash drive and the sd card have plugged in over the last few weeks.
The sd card returns with error: F:\ is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
Running chkdsk on it returns that the card/drive is in RAW format and cannot be scanned. I'm running it through EaseUS data recovery and it appears to be recovering most of the files...
Why two cards have become corrupted now makes me wonder what has caused this...
I came across the SP USB Flash Drive Recovery Software also before you mentioned it and it was not able to restore the flash drive...
I'll need to pay EaseUS $80 to get all of the sd card data back, are there any other options? I will try Piriform Recuva.
The data seems in good condition, again it's the partition that's corrupt. Is it still possible to restore the readability of this sd card?
I found some amazing (free!) software called Testdisk: TestDisk - Partition Recovery and File Undelete
I have used it before but forgot I had it. I was able to recover the lost partitions and restore the MBR of the SD card and it is now working just as before with all data preserved in original location, yay
Will be working on the Silicon Power flash drive next...
