Arggh, do not use Revo. That gave me problems with an HP Scanner which meant doing a re-install of Windows before the driver would ever install again, it caused damage of some sort.
You already have that problem without making it worse.

    1) I would check you have no applications running when doing the driver install.
    2) Check your Windows 10 install SFC, DISM etc, instructions are on this website.

Unplug your printer and start the install, connect up to USB when prompted. This is basically to stop the built in HP basic driver installing.
I 'm sure this sort of thing is on the HP Website, somewhere.

Just a comment about Revo Uninstaller.

I've used it for removing many problem programs over the years and not had any trouble with it at all.

To be honest, the only time I ever had a serious issue was with CCleaner, when I allowed it to remove some old stuff and it "broke everything", to use a well-known phrase.

On the printer issue, Insider updates have borked my HP OfficeJet 8620 installation a few times.
