I recommend using Macrium Reflect Free to create a backup image of your PC, quickest and easiest way to recover from disaster, unintended changes, etc. No need for the Asus Support Folder or Recovery CD.

If your not having any driver issues, then just let windows handle them. Otherwise, use the Asus website and if it doesn't offer the drivers you need for Win10, then the Win8.1 drivers should work.

Press the Windows key+X choose Device Manager. Are there any devices with yellow flags? If so, they need drivers installed. Go to the Asus Drivers page for your model ASUS USA
and choose Windows 10. Download any drivers you need from the Device Manager. If you don't have any yellow marks, you don't need drivers.
After restarting, go to Settings/Update & security. Do all Windows Updates. After you have updated your computer and installed all drivers and personal programs and restored any backup, you then can then Create an Image file, either thru Macrium, or using the Windows Utility.
