    Missing ECS motherboard drivers

My PC since 2010 was running Windows 7. It has ECS - H61H2-M2 motherboard. I upgraded to Windows 10 - 64 bit in 2015 or 2016. Yesterday due to some trouble I did a clean installation of Windows 10 .Now for finding the drivers, I went to ECS' website. http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Pro...9Unfortunately, they haven't listed Windows 10. However, driverscape has drivers for my motherboard for Windows 10-64 bit. http://www.driverscape.com/manufactu...61h2-m2/5179Is driverscape a safe option or should I download previous operating system's driver?

I would start off by going to device manager, right clicking the device(s) in question, and selecting update driver (search automatically for updated driver) before attempting to download and use older OS drivers. Who knows? You might just get lucky.

As an alternative, the best way to go is to identify the specific devices that requires updating and go to the manufacturer's website for a direct download of the latest driver. I cannot personally vouch for driverscape.com; however, I can tell you that I have a few friends that have used softpedia.com driver downloads with success in the past.

    Hope this helps,

Does device manager only show the devices that have drivers installed or it also shows devices whose drivers are yet to be installed?

Device manager will show the following:

Recognized devices that are installed and working
Recognized devices that are not working (yellow exclamation point if I remember correctly)*
Unrecognized devices that are not working (yellow exclamation point if I remember correctly)*

*These are the ones that need updating.

    Hope this helps.
