Windows 10: iPhone won,t connect win 10 Pro Solved

    I assume you now have the official charging cable, if so then you could retry my suggestion - unless you already have.

    Yes I am using a genuine apple cable and tried your method but still having issues . The device connects and all looks fine for a few minutes then it drops connection then reconnects and repeats this behaviour so I've gave up .see attached images.Click image for larger version.

    The iPhone I,m using works perfect with other laptops . This is definitely a Dell problem so I should go back over to the dell forum and close this thread as unsolved .

    Installed win 8.1 chipset drivers and any other win 8.1 driver that win 10 would allow to work and my USB issue is solved .
