Can I suggest you run chkdsk /r

This will tell you if you are having disk issues.

Could I also suggest you do a disk cleanup, and as part of that clean system files that are no longer needed. Then check fragmentation and if necessary defrag.

Well, did the chkdsk and saw defrag was not needed. Then after some things, I waited some days to see if the issue left. It came back.

Then, this morning, after reading something more, I went to the drivers. I make all drivers visible (some were hidden) and... I totally removed a lot of controller (xbox) divers. I had like 2-3 duplicated ones. I left only one, the one it told me was working with the controller, and... since then, 1 full day, mouse nearly perfect, no annoying beeping sound unless I really move the mouse upside down, and disk no longer at 100%. It seems the issue really was about the controller, but driver thing!

Thanks for the time and help, maybe it was pointed before but I did not see the hidden drivers so I could not track it, but it seems it's solved now (>u<)
