I've disabled my mouse & keyboard (both USB) in BIOS, how do I fix?!

I may have been somewhat of an idiot ...

Ever since I've gotten Win 10 I had this issue with my keyboard where it wouldn't work after a shutdown. I had to bend down and re-plug it's USB every time I booted up my PC. I was trying to fix this issue and may have messed around a bit too much, as I've disabled an USB Controller (I think it was called?) in the BIOS, hoping that would fix the issue, only to have both my keyboard AND mouse (both USB) not working at all. Now I cannot do anything, can't get into the BIOS to fix this.

    Any help pls?

Reset BIOS. Unplug computer and press Clear CMOS button on the back of the motherboard.
