Thanks, that's somewhat simpler, but puzzling.
It seems a not very high transfer rate is causing a high percentage of disk usage.

Please download and run CrystalDiskinfo (free) and post the result (clear good/not based on SMART params)
If ok, then please download and run Crystal Diskmark (free), run it (takes a little time) and post the result.
    Thanks.

The first looks straightforward to analyse- process explorer would tell you what in particular is responsible.
Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted
is distinctive, and there are reports of this using high disk or CPU or RAM resources

    The second is unfamiliar.

The third might be Norton doing some sort of scan, but I'm guessing.

I'm wondering why Google Chrome is active - several processes- after a clean boot.
not sure if this is what you are looking for but here is the screenshot of the first program

    Ok, the disk looks good.

Again, have you uninstalled the game that caused all this, and re-enabled the services you disabled?

When you have, please post another screenshot of your task man after a normal boot. Thanks.

Also please advise on what sort of keyboard you have and how it's connected.

Note: reports of Service Host: Local System using a lot of disk resources don't seem to point to a solution...
Sfc /scannow & DISM haven't helped, according to those reports for anyone reading this.

Try configuring this to off as shown.

Sorry, I'll make that clearer- I was thinking of another thread, and thinking you'd used this before.

So.. download and install and run the free MS Process explorer and post a screenshot like this:
    100% usage on disk-snap-2017-03-31-20.14.42.jpg

Expand your Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted...
so we can see the process tree under it.

At the moment when I open my task manager my disk usage seems to be fine but later on it will jump to 100%

Ok, thanks- when you see that process again, capture it in a Process Explorer screenshot.

Feel free to research this yourself of course..
Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted disk usage high
    -> quite a few results.

Some conclude with disabling superfetch. Somehow I doubt that's actually finding the cause.
