Latest AMD Chipset Drivers Released

AMD SATA driver has been updated (first time in 3 years, last one was from 2015, but this just popped), maybe it is part of chipset driver, still worth mentioning, since it has to be updated manually.

That SATA controller and driver is only for RAID, All I have is for AHCI.

By default, Windows uses basic MS driver. When you install manufacturer's (AMD or Intel), you might get a better performance or worse, it varies, thus it does not get installed automatically.



Oddly, the latest AMD chipset drivers still contain 2015 version. I wonder, where this 2017 version came from.

MS, basic or whatever driver, it should be there in Device manager. No idea what that program is offering you. That's why I don't like them. If you want real drivers, get them from Asus or AMD, not those programs.
