I had to reinstall Ryzen Master after installing these chipset drivers. Ryzen master would launch, but after the warning screen pops up, it would just hang. An uninstall and reinstall fixed the issue.
May not happen to everyone. Seemed to have happened to me.
Edit: Problem seems to be related to playing Call of Duty, Cold War
Nevermind. problem seems to be if I launch ryzen master, and then pull it over to my second monitor and then close it on that second monitor, it won't launch properly again. It tries to launch on the second monitor and just hangs. If I leave it on the primary display, it launches fine over and over again. I noticed it because I will pull it to the second monitor (60hz) while I game on my primary monitor (144hz)
I'm uninstalling and reinstalling the Nvidia driver back to previous version. I updated video drives today and i noticed my GPU running a bit warmer than usual with it
It's not the Nvidia driver and it doesn't have to do with Call of Duty either. If I launch Ryzen master and pull it to my second display, and shut it down on the second display, it won't launch again successfully. It tries to launch on the 2nd display, but just hangs. Basic or advanced mode.
Oh well, a reinstall fixes it and I don't use it to overclock....so I can live with it being flakey. I'll just try to keep it on monitor 1.
I probably haven't run ryzen master since getting my new high FPS monitor and switching away from my old secondary monitor.
EDIT: this is exactly what I am seeing
