    @CountMike:
    Thanks. But I want your opinion. Because in the same thread, somebody says exactly the following:
    "The numbers down the 100% are more power and more heat; the numbers above the 100% are less power consumption and less heat". So, I have to worry or make a lot of changes to the BIOS settings, when I don't even know what to do, or leave everything as it is?
    Thanks once again, CountMike.

    I don't think there's anything to worry about, I at least didn't see anything wrong one way or other. As long as your cooling is adequate and temps in check. Run some benchmarks like CB r20 few times in a row, should be enough to warm it up good. If first and last run end up with same score, all is fine.

    You might want to watch this YouTube which kinda confirms my thinking about it.

    @Brink maybe this is what my HP laptop is missing ? or are these usually included in the AMD Radeon software stuff as HP had me install the one from AMD a while back to fix something, but since updating to windows 10 pro from Home, i went to see if they had these listed on the HP laptop site and they don't . so should i give it a go and install these, as i went on AMD site and did a search and these are the same ones listed for my processor and socket type.

    There are no differences between Home and Pro windows as far as drivers are concerned,
