Yeah i'm gonna have to do a clean install to fix that no matter what it appears...Don't know how those ended up on D drive, as I don't remember clicking anything with that drive during the clean install onto SSD, but at least fixable issue, (time consuming a bit to fix)

Will fix when Creators update is released I think, as that comes out in April, so not too far away at this point

If you had partitioning software you could copy partitions from drive to drive and if that fails do a fresh install.....but as said above do not disconnect your D drive or you will not boot up the way it is now.....

Yes not planning to Disconnect D drive, don't have partitioning software, so thinking probably will end up doing Fresh install, and should be all well then I hope

No need to worry about too many writes to an ssd. They last much longer now by orders of magnitude. My new ssd will probably outlast me

Just remember to disconnect the D drive when you do your next fresh install.........once you see the SSD is formatted correctly and boots fine then you can reconnect the Spinner and delete those unneeded partitions....

Ohhh flew, I guess I read to much old articles on SSDs, on limiting writes and such lol, and will disconnect D drive before the fresh install, and once SSD is formatted properly, shut down, open case, reconnect spinner, and take care of those unneeded paritions, and should be all good then

BTW, SSD is the same as HD on how they work.
Absolutely, treat the SSD the same as any other hard drive. They no longer require special care or worry about limited write capability. Just use it and enjoy the performance gain. I've had my Samsung 840 EVO for 4-5 year now and it's still working perfectly:
