Hello, I am brand new to these forums and have been wondering why my Audio Enhancements Tab is missing now that i am using Windows 10. I used to have Windows 7 and it worked fine. I have no clue what sound card i have and it doesn't show up in device manager either, i believe it is whatever is onboard for My motherboard. I Would Appreciate it if someone could point me in the correct direction. Thanks!

Mine's Realtek.
Or rt click the sound icon in your system tray, click Playback Devices. Again I can see Realtek. You may have something else.
Or you can use this freeware program e.g.
If yours is, the way I solved that was to download the driver from Realtek's site.

According to the ASUS site, this has VIA HD Audio, however there is no Win 10 drivers listed. There are no Win 8.1 drivers listed either.
There are Win 7 drivers listed however, in most cases they are not compatible. Usually you need Win 8.1 drivers to be Win 10 compatible.
I suspect Windows installed the generic, basic function, High Definition Driver. If that is the case, you will not have the Audio Enhancements and probably the best you can do with this older motherboard and Win 10 audio.
I don't use any enhancements on my PC, which has Realtek. But if you must have something, look at possibly some free add that will give you what you want. I haven't done any searches but there are probably some things available such as an EQ. Some media program may also have some options.
It's quite possible the following approach may not help or create problems. You have been warned.

Following the idea of downloading from the manufacturer's site, you can experiment- if you wish to take the risk- thus:

You might be lucky. But note that they say
we strongly recommend you obtain the system-validated and certified audio drivers directly from your system manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer
You'd also have to check the chip supported by the driver is what you have.
If you want to take the risk, make sure you back up before trying it. Hopefully you use Macrium Reflect or similar to routinely create disk images.
