I have red a thread about the incompatibility of the AMD and the Windows 10 but idk if its the real problem im experiencing. to be honest Im a gamer and there are other games that requires latest drivers just to be played like Battlefield1, Just Cause 3, Resident Evil 7 etc etc. whenever I try to run them with my old graphic driver, there will be a pop up message asking me to update my Vcard driver to the latest before I can play them. So, if ever the new drivers are the issue here, is it totally safe for me not to update my drivers?

How did you uninstall the previous drivers?(the ones that work not the new ones). Did you just install the new ones over the top of the old ones?

I actually find this AMDcleanuputility software. I really dont know what this is lol but they say its a good software for installing a new driver.

so last question, what do I do now to have the latest driver update? well, since its messing with my vcard, do I need to use the old one that running smoothly?

I would use Display Driver Uninstaller by Wagnard and reinstall latest drivers again.

DDU is solid so I would give that a go to ensure that your drivers are not interfering with each other.

    What are the driver versions?

I would stick with the newest set of drivers that DO work. So if you need to roll back to the second newest drivers I would stick with them until there is another release.

Thanks everyone for your help regarding this OLD thread and I'm really sorry for not replying.

Also ive manage to solve this problem by replacing my Power Supply, it seems that the OLD power supply is not enough to supply my unit, its just strange that it only restart after I update my GPU's driver but nevertheless its already been solved long ago. so thanks everyone for your help, effort and replies! marking this as "Solved"
