What would be the latest for a Broadwell based laptop? It's an i5-5200U.

    Your OEM driver.

This thread would be better served with updates for the ME driver which does actually impact the system.

I am trying to install the latest chipset drivers for my motherboard and I keep getting the message that "the installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

    Can anyone please help?

Did you get it from the downloads for you motherboard at ASUS?
Or did you try to use a generic one from Intel(not recommended as it's easy to get the wrong one)?

Did you unblock the zip file before unzipping it?
And lastly, did you use ASUS setup?

I downloaded it from Asus for my particular motherboard. I am not sure what you mean by "unblock" the zip file but I did use the ASUS setup to run the install even tried running as "administrator" with same result.

Unblocking is when you right click the zip file , and open to properties, and unblock is in the bottom right corner.
But it is not always necessary to do it, if Windows doesn't give a warning, but sometimes it just helps.

Another way to try is using device manager.
find the driver, and select update, then point it to the install folder:
