    I saw a newer version. 10.1.17541.8066?
My mainboard is Z370 Gaming 7 but in Device Manager I saw a lot of Intel 200 series. Is it because I installed wrong chipset driver?

    Hi,

My mainboard is Z370 Gaming 7 but in Device Manager I saw a lot of Intel 200 series. Is it because I installed wrong chipset driver?
As its name suggests the Z370 chipset is part of the 300 series of chipsets.

    Hi,

Your screenshot shows drivers for the C200 series chipset which may work but ideally you'd want the ones as suggested by @Brink.

Ya! I installed 10.1.17541.8066 and my device manager showed like that... Wonder if it must be Intel 300 Series Family....

The Z370 INF tables are correct from what I have gathered.

The Intel data sheets for the 200 and 370 series are one and the same: Datasheet, Vol. 2: IntelĀ® 200 and Z370 Series Chipset Families PCH

The 200 and 370 CPUs both use 1151 socket, and have the same connection pins to the motherboard, meaning to chipset(PCH) to communicate with your hardware. The only difference is the CPUs pins for power delivery and the addition of setting up RAID 0,1,5 for PCIe(M.2 drives), and USB 3.1 (10x).

So if your Device Manager looks like this, it's perfectly normal, as only the changes specific for the 300 series will be different:

    Hey Tony,

MSI's support website below doesn't really show many drivers available for your motherboard for Windows 10.

You could see what the Intel Driver & Support Assistant gives you from below, but it may be best to just use what Windows 10 installed for you by default.
