    upgrad CPU Athlon x2 from 5200+ to 6000, CPUID show change, system no


    Cpuid shows as 6000+
    Why does win10 not show the new cpu ? Just shows the old cpu.

    I can tell the PC is faster now with the new cpu.

    Solved by in device manager, uninstall both cpu cores.
    then restart PC, and it will redetect cpu.
    Now shows as 6000+ 3.0ghz
      My Computer
