    Dell Latitude 7370, think i need wwan drivers but cant find it?


    Hi guys, i got a Dell Latitude 7370 that I reloaded Win10 into it, but now my sim card does not pick up, from my research i think its missing the WWAN driver, i went onto dell's website and did the auto driver update and it gave me an error, i went all over the web and was not able to find the WWAN driver. I even downloaded a cab file that has all the drivers, but it wont install says it cant open the file, i even used the cab installer and it still gave me same error

    can someone please direct me to the driver or how to solve this?

    Do you have any unknown devices or exclamation points showing in device manager?

    only one that has the ! is the Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager

    and i just reinstalled that driver from dell's website, but still an ! next to it.

    I would start with the Intel Chipset Device Software Driver from Dell. Most all the hardware branches out from the chipset and having the proper driver for the chipset may change the way other hardware is detected and operates.

    i did install the chipset driver, made no difference

    when i click my wireless connection, it does not even give me an option for the cellular, only wifi and airplane mode. I did a order look up with my service tag, it shows its equipped with

    346-BBWP: Smart Card, Contactless Smart Card and Fingerprint Reader, w WAN Capable palmrest

    so i'm pretty sure its equipped with the sim reader, it has the slot for it too
