HP printer windows can not find software to install c4795
I had trouble with win7 too on this printer.

Did you go to HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP(R) Customer Support and download the software for the Photosmart C4795 then install? That file says it's for Win10 and the C4795 is part of the C4700 Series. Also, with most hardware it is quite important to include the model name. Even though Windows may have drivers for hardware they usually are not the full install provided by the manufacturer.
It may be fixing itself, after I turned it on, windows says it is installing files. So wil see.:)
Hi:
EDIT: OOPS! We were posting at the same time...
^^ Agree with excellent advice above. ^^
It may help to power off the printer, disconnect it from the computer (USB or ethernet), and then cleanly uninstall all the HP-related software and drivers.
Then, go to the page @Berton suggested, download a fresh copy (make sure it's for Win10 and (if necessary) your architecture (32-bit or 64-bit)). Follow the instructions in the setup wizard. Be sure NOT to connect the printer to the computer until prompted to do so by the setup wizard.
>>BTW, HP usually offers two versions of their software/drivers package: a "full" version with all the Web-printing and other bloatware, and a "basic" version. It's up to the user to decide which version best suits his/her needs.
Over the years, I've found the HP printer installs on everything from XP to 10 to be surprisingly painless (and their warranty support to be quite good, when needed).
Let us know if you need more help,

Hi, again:
Is this the same computer?
PC is turning completely off? Set to turn off screen at 10 minutes
If so, it sounds as if you might have other, more serious (hardware?) issues...
You might want to focus on the problems in that other thread, first.
Just a suggestion,
MM
