I have an Asus Rog GL752VW with Windows 10 Home x64. Whenever I try to install the smart gesture driver I get this error http://imgur.com/a/k96KP and the process of installation is reversed. I already tried the clean boot method but it still doesn;t work.
Is this the Smart Gesture software you are trying to install?

This is the latest and I had no problem installing it on my ASUS G750JX.
Yeah, that and some other versions. Neither of them worked.
1. Does the installer have an .msi extension? Then you can turn on Windows Installer logging https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/223300
2. Delete C:\WINDOWS\inf\setupapi.dev.log. (This is the Device Manager trace log file)
Try the install again. Post the two logs.
