What web browser are you using and what software are you using to watch DVDs?

Bing is not a browser, Bing is a search engine. What browser are you using to get to Bing?

Since Windows 10 does not ship with built in software to watch DVDs, I assume that you added the feature yourself. If you can tell us

    1. What web browser you are using
    2. What software you have installed in order to watch DVDs

then it will be quite easy for one of the forum members to assist you with your issue.

    That seems unlikely...
    Microsoft Support said:
Windows Media Player 12 is included in clean installs of Windows 10 as well as upgrades to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7. DVD playback isn't included in Windows 10 or Windows 8.1.

As was pointed out to you by two previous posters, Windows 10 does not support DVD playback without adding additional software. You might want to check your system.
