How can I remove old HDD, which has system partition on it?

I bought an new HDD and I want to replace my old 160 GB one, but it has an old windows 7 and a system partition.
The drive I want to replace is Drive 1, but I have to boot from it in order to my UEFI find the Op system and the multiboot "menu".
How can I remove old HDD, which has system partition on it?-drive.png drive "I" is the one which has windows 7.
(sorry, my windows' language is Hungarian, but I translated every important text (and accidentally I wrote lemez = drive instead of lemez = disk )).
So, my question is how can I replace this HDD without reinstalling the whole operating system.
And I'm currently using windows 10.

Hi AdamBlack and welcome to Tenforums :)

I would install Macrium reflect (free) and transfer all necessary partitions from old drive to new one. Then you just have to replace drives.
You can connect new drive with USB or just put it in your PC (on free SATA port) and after transfer you replace it.

Edit: while doing this, it may be good to make backup of those partitions on external disk.

And if I do it this way, will my system see the System partition and boot properly? (so, if I move the S.p. to the new HDD)

You have kind of mess there. If I understand correctly, On disk 0, you have Windows 10, which is also boot partition, but System reserved on drive 1 is "Active", which means system will load from it... You should transfer system reserved to disk 0 (450 MB partition) and make it and active, but this is different task.

Anyway, answer to your last question is yes. If you run Macrium reflect and select Image selected disks.... then select all disk (circled on picture) and in next step select new disk to copy partitions to.

After copy is finished, swap disks (old one with new..) and you are good.

If anything goes wrong, you still have old disk, swap again and you have old working system.

I strongly advice to make backup before any of this operations. Although, I made it several times before and no 'problems occurred... I'm (and a lot of other forum users) using same software for backup. Just saving disk or partition images on external drive.

Thanks, but if I made a 100 MB partition on Drive 0 (which has windows 10) then I moved the Sp to this partition it would work the same way, wouldn't it?

You already have 450 MB partition (probably made by Windows 10 installation). Don't know why your system is still using old 100 MB System partition.

If you clone whole disk (1) to new one, you don't need to manually transfere anything. System will behave just like it is now, but from new drive.

Okay, I will do that, the only reason why I wanted to transfer it to Disk 0, because I only need the System Partition, the Win 7 and the other partition unnecessary for me.

for that purpose you don't have to use Macrium (but wont hurt to make a backup of your disk..)

Follow instructions in Kyhi's answer in thread moving system Reserved partition. EasyBCD is great tool for such tasks. Also post with pictures about using EasyBCD

    In short:

use EASYBCD > EasyBCD - NeoSmart Technologies
    select BCD Backup/Repair
    Mark, (dot) Change boot drive
    click perform action..
After that just remove disk 1.

Thank you! I've just realised I was talking bullsh*t, because it's not System Partition, what I want to move it's System Reserved Partition. I think it doesn't change anything and I can use the method you mentioned above( with EasyBCD).

Instruction was for System reserved :) It should be safe.

Edit: I usually download software from known sites.. Softpedia clearly marks, if software contains any unwanted add-ons. This supposed to be clean.
