    Critical Error & 100% disk usage


    I've been having this issue now for over a day and cant seam to find any solution? This start after a sudden shut down on my pc from me working inside the pc and a metal piece touching the mobo. If anyone has a solution that would be helpful
    Hdd is also over 5 years ago. Safe mode and everything eles seems to be very very slow programs rarely pop open and i cant restore to earlier point it says error

    . From what you are saying, it sounds like you shorted something out on the motherboard. Usually when that happens, the whole motherboard power surges and your motherboard dies.
    If you have Windows install Media, you can try Start Up repair

    I got a new ssd and cloned everything but programs were not opening but 100% data usage and crital error stoped. so i did a reinstall of win10 OS with my old files. everything right now looks to be as if i did a upgrade from win7 mobo seems to fine right now but any suggestions would be great. My mobo is from 2011 with i7990x and maybe i should upgrade it?
