Good day

I am having endless drama with my network printer and I hope someone can shed some light.

I have a HP Probook 450 notebook running Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit.

I have installed the x3 main network printers found around our x3 different plants, onto my notebook.
All x3 are various Ricoh models and installed fine and works fine.

I am now looking at installing another Ricoh, different model to the above x3 as I would like to look at the features.
I have downloaded it the latest drivers onto my notebook and I have tried installing the printer but the install fails everytime.
When I start the install, I will point the notebook towards a IP and then when asked for a driver, I will point the installation towards it. I sees the printer and the driver but then it fails.
I get a very vague error message, printer driver was not installed.

I usually download and install PCL 5 drivers. So I have not downloaded and tried to install PCL 6 and the universal which has also failed.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
