2 Second delay for every keyboard, mouse actions PLEASE HELP?
This computer is an ASUS Maximus VII Hero Z97 MOBO With Intel i5 CPU
Running 64 bit Windows 10 Home edition for more than a Year.
The O.S. is on the SSD drive.
Here is my Problem ---> Everything I do has a 1.5 second up to 3 second delay in every piece of software, this includes just simply running nothing but the Windows 10 operating system alone.
What would cause this insanity creating behavior and what steps can I take to find a solution?
I've already done a few dozen hours worth of scans with various AV,Malware,Spayware scanners which I will list below.
SuperAntiSpyWare, SpyBot searchDestroy, MalwareBytes, Windows Defender
Advanced SystemCare antiVirus and MalWare Scanner
None of these found anything or fixed anything on this computer.
Somebody please, God in heaven , please Someone help me with this it is driving me crazy..

I have an issue with my keyboard and USB. I'll start out with my keyboard cause that's the most annoying problem.
When I type sometimes my keyboard just skips a letter/number(symbol whatever) unless I type extremely slow.
Recently, i've noticed that everytime windows 10 (x64 pro) starts and gets to the initial lock screen, it takes up to 6 seconds to show the mouse cursor and register keyboard events in order to let me log in. It used to be instantaneous.
I have been having this rendering issue for more than 3 months now and it persists after several OS re-installs.
