Only "Mobile PC Display" showing under Display

I don't know what happened to my display, but once I reinstalled Windows 10, the display (under Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Pen and Touch -> Display tab -> Display Options -> Display drop-down box) only shows that I have a mobile pc display. But I know that is not correct. And what's worse is that the tablet buttons are not installed in my system. Those two exact problems might be why only the right side of my touch screen is working. I already have the correct driver for my touchscreen laptop so I'm CERTAIN that's not the problem. Can someone (anyone!) help me with solving the first problem and redirect me toward the tablet buttons I need for my Lenovo B50-30 Touch in order to solve the second? I want my full functionality back on my laptop. Thank you very much.

    Sincerely,
    A desperate [rookie] user,
    burchland2

P.S. (IMPORTANT) Please don't tell me to service my device. I have a STRONG feeling that would not be necessary.

Have you tried using Lenovo System Update utility to scan and download missing drivers for your unit? It works like a champ on my X220 Tablet and T420 notebook. It sounds like your displays drivers are OK, but you probably need to install touch and/or button drivers. You can find the tool on the Lenovo Support site, and you can also conduct an online scan of drivers and so forth there, too. I provided a link to the tool for my laptop in the first sentence of this post: try it, it may work for yours, too.

Yeah. In fact, I did. But the update link said my laptop is not eligible for some reason. See, my laptop is a B50-30 Touch. That might be why.

Then, please download and use the driver scanner in the Windows Update MiniTool. I've found it to be as good or better than my two favorite commercial tools. Sorry for your difficulties. I thought your model was newer than mine...
