    The following screenshots below are what I am seeing. There is no WIN folder though.

    If you extracted the Zip file contents, there are two yellow folders and a ReadMe and the Released notes. One of the Yellow folders is called ROM With the contents showing as in pic #2. The other yellow folder should be WIN

    We aren't talking about the same version. I'll download this version but I was trying to download the latest version that was from November of 2015.

    Try a USB 2.0 flash drive if you're using a USB 3.0 flash drive. For whatever reasons, BIOS flashing sometimes won't work from a USB 3.0 flash drive, but will work fine from USB 2.0 -- even if plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Go figure!
