Windows 10: Printer is selective: Solved

    Printer is selective:

My printer is an Epson Workforce 845. All of a sudden today, it only will print when I print a test print from Win10 settings. It won't print an email or a doc from Word. It seems like it is not even getting in the cue, as when I look, there is nothing there. Has been a good printer up to this point.

Go to Settings/Devices Turn off Let Windows Manage my Default Printer. Go to the Devices and Printers link at the bottom, Right click your printer and check Set as Default Printer.

I had already done that but hadn't checked it out, so I know I would have forgot it anyway. Just tried it and it worked, so thanks spunk.
