Audio drivers randomly broke, I don't know how to roll back. HELP ASAP

So, recently I was just simply playing a video game with my friend on Skype, and in the middle of it, my audio stopped working. This was pretty spooky to me, since I had never had this happen to me before. So naturally I told my friend to hang up and give me a moment or two, and when I opened up the volume mixed, it showed that I had no audio drivers installed. I simply thought, "Hey can't you rollback changes to like a week ago?" I did some research and all the results were just about rolling back fully, or to Windows 7/8.1 which isn't what I was looking for. If any of you can please tell me how to rollback simple changes, that'd be really helpful, but as for now. I can't entertain myself, I have no audio, and it's really spooky, and no I haven't recently been installing anything.
Hope one of you can help .

Hit Windows key+X/Device Manager. R-click Audio driver you want to repair. Follow screens to update via Windows Update. If there's NO driver, download from your mfr's site for your model.
