Loss of Rear Camera in Win10 Camera App

Morning All, NEXTBOOK NXW10QC32G, ATTOM 1.33 QUAD, 2GIG
Been fighting this issue for a while now. In win8.1 the Win camera app can switch between front and rear looking cameras. In upgrade to win10 anniv just the front facing camera is available with no option to change. Is this a fault in win10 seen in other laptops Win8 app to a win10 laptop?
    Thanks

Completely restart the tablet from scratch by clicking restart from the power icon or hold down shift key when you click shutdown.

After the tablet does a complete restart from scratch, does the rear camera option work? There are a couple of fixes I have tried and one thing I discovered is that both cameras will not work after a hybrid shutdown (the shutdown you normally get if you have fast startup enabled in Windows 10). On my table they do both work only after a startup from scratch (restart, shift + shutdown, or fast startup in Windows 10 disabled).

Morning Sir! My salute goes your way!

Tried a full shutdown, a Shift shutdown, and a reset. Still no option for a second camera.

Tried copying the 8.1 /Windows/Camera directory to win10 same location. Launching gives me a "missing dll in dll library" type error. Was hoping the 8.1 program would still run on 10, but no of course

Under system devices in device manager (not imaging devices) you will find the entries for the two camera sensors. Uninstall those, and if it has the option to delete the driver, do that as well. Do not mess with the imaging sensor driver under imaging devices, if you let that one install by itself or tell it to look for an update you will get the wrong driver. After you uninstall the two camera sensors under system devices restart the tablet. I think you will have two exclamation point unknown devices in device manager after the restart. Right click on one and install the driver for it, searching automatically for it. If the second camera sensor does not install itself, do the same thing for that one. Then try the Windows 10 Camera app.

Ok uninstalled the HM2056 set (2) of Camera Sensors, deleting the driver on the first uninstall, option not available on 2nd uninstall. Restart, both HM2056 camera sensors automatically reinstalled with 603.9600.2102.42875 (5/16/2014) driver.
No change, still no option in camera app to select 2 cameras

Here's the fix......It appears the MS has fixed earlier Anniv issues.
Taking NavyLCDR"s advice, I deleted and uninstalled both cameras and their drivers. Updating 1 camera's drivers left the camera app with "no camera devices found". Updated the other camera, still no joy. Thru caution to the wind and updated the Imaging Device to its new driver and whalla both cameras work! I have records of my last attempt at this fix in Feb 2015. The camera and imaging drivers have all been updated mid-late 2015. So Hat Tip to NavyLCDR!
