Hi, chkdsk won't help here. But by all means run chkdsk C: /F if you like.

yes.. you should be able to get to disable driver signature enforcment

and using that also run startup repair and then see if you can then access advanced startup options from Windows as above.
    so i didnt done chkdsk.
i put the dvd in and go into "repair my pc" and then select "troubleshoot" and "startup repair" but it failed!
it said "startup repair couldn't repair" or something like that and gave me 2 option...back to advanced option or shutdown...

    uh...there was a command prompt there...if i do the "bcdedit.exe ..." parameter there...will it work??

Ok, time to do some checks on your disk.
Download and run Crystal Diskinfo and post a screenshot of its window- it gives a quick good/bad indication.
Download and run Macrorit Diskscanner and post a screenshot of its window

Ummm... could be why you're having problems... do you have good backups? Do you use disk imaging?

    What is a disk image?
A disk image is a (usually compressed) copy of the entire contents of a storage device, such as a hard drive or a partition. The disk image represents the content exactly as it is on the original storage device, including both data and structure information.

Disk images allow you to restore disks and partitions from the image, meaning when your PC disk is corrupt or fails you can quickly restore your PC to a previous working state.

    ================================
Lacking disk images, and you almost certainly can't create one from a failing drive, you can only:
    a. back up any remaining data you can still access that you need
    b. buy a new drive
    c. clean install Win 10 (activation will be automatic).

like if and if my drive was good ... i needed another 500 gb to make an image from it?

but i still dont get it...

whats the problem of windows not giving me advanced option?????

    why it should affect that??
