Laptop not charging when connected to UPS?

Hi Guys! I need a small help with my Lenovo laptop. There are no performance issues, but only some kind of battery issue I guess. Whenever I connect my laptop to my office power supply, which is connected to a UPS system by Staticon, it is not getting charged. The issues is not repeating when connected to power supply at home. I thought of UPS issue, but my colleagues' laptops are all working fine. This issues is same with the Ubuntu installed in parallel to Windows 10. I am not sure where the problem lies. Can someone help me how to identify and solve the issue? Thanks! :)

Need some more info on specific Staticon system. They supply massive cabinet systems for industrial use, and do not specifically target business applications, so I assume you must have a large office. Did you check your AC adapter and see exactly what voltage it is outputting against specs. Long shot but there could be an issue there. Did you try plugging into an associates desk and see if the problem is there too? If so, the problem is localized to you laptop. Check the voltage on the LT battery, make sure contact surfaces are clean and see if LT recognizes the battery gone when plugged into AC. All these little checks will narrow down the issue until you find where the problem lies. Cheers.

I work for a pretty big company and there are a lot of systems connected to the same power supply. My first guess also was the laptop specific issue, but need a confirmation as it works good at home. I haven't checked it on another area, but will try and if the issue persists, I will contact our system admin to try and rectify the issue. Thank you for the help. :)
