IT9135 BDA DVB-T dongle stopped working after some windows updates

    Hi guys.
I'm here because I've heard a lot about the experts in tenforums so I decided to ask my problem here. I have a HP ENVY 15t-j000 laptop running the latest windows 10 edition which is 1607. Since I've upgraded to anniversary update I have a lot of problems and many errors in the event viewer but above all my biggest problem is with my DVB-T dongle which stopped working suddenly. I was using the dongle before anniversary update with no problem but after the update it started to malfunction. First, for a few times when I started up my system and plugged the dongle into usb port I saw the error on totalmedia software which said no hardware detected. For about 5 or 6 times I could resolve the issue by closing the software, unplugging the dongle, plugging again and opening the software. With this simple approach I could use the DVB-T dongle but suddenly one day it didn't treat the same way and the issue wasn't resolved. I've done a lot of things like uninstalling and installing the driver or opening another user account and some other stuff to resolve the issue but no luck. I have a lot of errors in event viewer and I don't know if they are related to this problem or not. I remember some changes to the system before this problem occurs but I don't know which was exactly before this problem so I mention all of them. In the period of 15 days before this problem I've done these things:
    • updating bios driver manually by downloading the latest driver for my system from the HP
    • uninstalling and installing some different drivers for the sound a lot of times (because I had problem with IDT High definition codec driver and I couldn't switch between sound outputs in windows 10 and the sound was a little distorted, so I was struggling with the sound driver and finally I chose the windows generic driver though I can't still switch between sound outputs and the speaker volume is too low but at least I have clear sound through my headphone)
    • performing some windows updates however I must mention that one of the updates didn't downloaded and was stuck in downloading so I downloaded it from microsoft update catalog and installed manually. ( I haven't updated my windows to the KB3194496 yet)
    • updating some drivers of different devices through device manager

If I want to give you more details about my problem I can say that I've tested some softwares for DVB-T like Dvbviewer and Sichbopvr. These softwares shows that they have detected the device and I can see the name of my device but when I want to scan for channels it shows me the error of "No hardware, No device detected or the device is being used by another software". It's very strange that they see my device but can not use it or access it. The problem is not with the device because I can use it on my android tablet without any problem. I've also tried sfc/ scannow and dism and clean boot but non of them resolved my issue. So if anyone can help me to resolve the issue I will be very grateful.
    Thanks for your support.

that usb name in the error is the IT9135 driver.

    USB DVB-T tuner (it9135 rev2)
Latest drivers I've found for "IT9135 BDA Device". You have to mount them manually from Device Manager, in case... Should work with 64bit OS.
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Drivers for IT9135 BDA Device.

Thanks for your response. I tested them and wasn't helpful. I don't think the problem is with the device driver.

You have to remove/delete old DVB-T device from the settings of SichboPVR (yes, you'll loose your channel settings unfortunately).
Then exit. Manually install version 12.x.x.x and retry. It works here with a cheap August dongle DVB-T202 with the same chipset and Windows 10 x64 14393.447.

Yes I know the procedure however at this time I have NEXTPVR software instead of SichboPVR since it produces a log file and have its forum for resolving issues. I have posted the log file in their forum but they couldn't find what is the problem. I can put the log file here if you want to see it. The error that is shown in the log file is this:
    ConnectPins failed: hr = 80040217
It was working well with windows 10 I don't know what happened in my system that it stopped working not suddenly but gradually.

Might be an incompatibility between driver and software (NextPVR). Never used it. I'm currently using SichboPVR..
Have had issues with this chipset with default software in bundle, unable to detect device (similar to your issue), but with SichboPVR there is no problem...

I have tested some other softwares and the first one was total media which was working well but this problem happened. After that every software that I tested didn't work. In fact all of the softwares detect my device but when I want to scan for channels they can not access it.
