No sound in my Desktop following the Win 10 Ver 1607 update through WU

This morning my Dell Dimension 9200 went through automatic WU Win 10 V1607.

Following this my sound in speakers not working.
My sound is Creative SB X-Fi. Driver details in device manager is: Creative 03/06/2009 6.0.1.1373

I have skype and camera is Logitec web cam Pro 9000.

Tried playing YOU Tube no sound.
I could see green moving on the sound bar...

I did not remove any of the speaker connection from the pin at the back of the computer.

You might try disconnecting the audio jack (probably a 2.5mm ring-tip or ring-tip-sleeve connector), then plugging it back in. I've noticed on my own system that when audio drops because of sleep or other issues, this usually sets things back to rights. Just did it right now, in fact, and got my own audio back.

    Tried that no luck.
I wonder if needs a different driver? If that is the case How do I go about getting the correct one?

Here's a link for all the X-Fi drivers on the Creative Driver Downloads page: I don't know exactly which one you've got, so grab the one that matches your hardware. Good luck!

I just sorted by going into Device Manager and removed the (uninstalled) the driver.
Then restarted and when Creative Lab opened a window . Searched for driver and got it installed.
Now the driver details are different to earlier one that got installed on the WU to version 1607.

    New deriver details:
    Provider Creative
    Date 28/02/2014
    Version 6.0.230.4

    Now sound works well.
    Thank god...

Glad things are working. Audio is pretty important to a good PC experience. I know, because I struggle with mine too, from time to time.
