Where Can I Rescue Data From My USB Pen Drive?
I got a USB pen drive that is detected but not accessible in windows. Where are some cheap places that I can go to or send this drive to in order to retrieve all its data?

Data may be recoverable with software. Can't help you with that as I have never had the need.
Professional data recovery of flash drives and other solid state devices is expensive, even more so than for conventional drives. This is due to their nature and is unlikely to improve in the future.
Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media. Add to that the possibility that they may be lost, stolen, or physically damaged. These devices are not sufficiently reliable for primary storage of important files and should be used primarily as a transport media. All files of any importance should have at least one backup copy, two or backup copies for files of particular importance. Data recovery after an incident cannot be relied on.
When you say you cant access it what happens ie error message
I swear to f***ing god I had 3 backups with the same data. Two hard drives and one flash drive. The hard drives got messed up with my constantly accessing them by switching between them with a USB-IDE cable adapter. The pen drive I kept connected in the PC for a month. One day I booted my PC and couldnt access it anymore.
I'm seriously thinking of taking the hard drives to a professional to recover the data. But its crazy expensive as you godamn know. At this point I'm frustrated like f***ing crazy.
No error message. Just that I only see the drive letter in win explorer. But I cant access it. I tried a dozen software recovery tools. But they all failed to recovery data.
Try using a live Linux USB flash drive or DVD to recover your files. Linux Mint and Ubuntu are very popular. I had a WD portable hard drive with a similar problem. Every time I plugged it in, Windows wanted to initialize it. I used Linux Mint on a flash drive to recover all my files. This is the program I used to make the flash drive. I'm not making any guarantee's, but it sure a lot cheaper than sending it out.
YUMI - Multiboot USB Creator | USB Pen Drive Linux
I don't want you to install Linux on your PC. You make a live Linux USB flash drive or DVD and boot from that. Nothing gets installed. It's an operating system that runs from the flash drive or DVD. When you shut down, no trace of it is left. Do a google search to learn about it.
If you decide to try Live Linux, don't use the same flash drive that is giving you trouble. Use a different one or a DVD.
Trust Me, after I run lets say, Ubuntu Live off a working USB pen drive, you suggest that I then insert my troubled USB pen drive in the PC and see if it will read and recover my files?
